If you are dropping in for a day, week, or month, we are happy to to have you! To be considered a drop in, you must have CrossFit experience. That means at least:
basic knowledge of barbell movements
awareness of scaling progressions based on your abilities
understanding the love of camaraderie and competition are all part of the fun
