Dropping In?

If you are dropping in for a day, week, or month, we are happy to to have you!  To be considered a drop in, you must have CrossFit experience.  That means at least:

  • basic knowledge of barbell movements

  • awareness of scaling progressions based on your abilities

  • understanding the love of camaraderie and competition are all part of the fun

What to do before dropping in

Please come in at least 15 minutes before class so you can complete your waiver, pay for class, and get ready to go when class begins.

If you know what time and day you are coming in, you can pay for class ahead of time here and you can fill out our waiver here as well.
