CROSSFIT CLASSES

All our CrossFIt classes are mixed level strength & conditioning classes and are perfect for anyone looking to get in the best shape of their lives! Both the programming and coaching will accommodate every level of athlete at any skill level (yes, even beginners).

 

On-Ramp Classes

The 3 class one-on-one onramp program is an opportunity for new athletes to learn the fundamentals of crossfit who are looking for more of a private setting or who have limited availability. Athletes will graduate the Jumpstart program with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition and mobility.

*cost is WAIVED with the purchase of an unlimited-monthly membership

SHRED-IT

This classes primary focus is conditioning. There is minimal use of the barbell and very little weightlifting involved. By design, we keep the loads light so athletes can keep the intensity high. If you are new to CrossFit, this is a great class to get started in!

CROSSFIT 6-WEEK CHALLENGE

The 6-Week Challenge is a special Women's ONLY program. It is designed for women are new to CrossFit. Work outs are run three times a week. The program focuses on developing strength, conditioning and proper nutrition. Ideally, after completion of the 6 weeks, participants will be ready to join the CrossFit or Shred-It classes.

PERSONAL/PRIVATE TRAINING
