a. Weightlifting
Snatch w/pause below the knee
- work to a heavy set of 1 rep
we will be taking the snatch from the floor this week and adding a pause below the knee. we want to see a complete stop in momentum.

b. Strength
Back Squat (10x3 )
Sets 1-5 @75-80%
Sets 6-10 @80-90%

%'s are to be taken off of your 1RM. all sets should be on the heavy side. with sets 5-10 really testing you (it's okay to fail).
