After the group warm-up we will work on some Ring Muscle-up Drills/Progressions.

Those with the ability to perform muscle-ups will complete a Max Effort Set and record.

we're looking for all out efforts here. push outside of you comfort zone a little more than usual. aim for big sets, unbroken reps and constant movement for 6 minutes at a time.
