2 minutes of handstand push-ups
Rest 2 minutes
2 minutes of double-unders
Rest 2 minutes
2 minutes to find 1-rep-max back squat

We want Max Effort attempts here, go hard & aim high. It's okay to take a break, keep it short & keep moving. We want to get as many reps as possible in a very short time. Pushing the intensity is key. 50+ HSPU's & 200+ DU's is not going to be out the reach for a good amount of you. plan to take at least a couple of attempts at the back squat, 1 attempt right at the start that is heavy and you know you will hit. then 1-2 more attempts to hit a big squat before the time expires. (everyone will be warming up to a heavy weight on the squat before we even begin the workout
