Setting up the Monitor for the 150 Cal Workout.
Press Start to turn the monitor on. Press the target Calories Button on the right. We have it already pre-set to count up to 150cal for you and your partner. After completing the workout, make sure you take a photo on the screen and email it to mimi@crossfitsandbox.com
