Come lift with Coach Lindsey!
Starting Saturday, April 28th Coach Lindsey be coaching a 6-week Powerlifting 101 Class at Sandbox CrossFit • Over the course of 6 classes she’ll deliver the Basics to help you understand Westside Barbell’s coveted Conjugate Method • This method has been tried and trusted among some of the strongest men and women in the world, and has helped her achieve some of the heaviest lifts she could have only imagined lifting prior to training under this program • In addition to gaining strength, it was the healthiest her back, shoulders, knees and hips have ever been • You’ll learn the basics of Powerlifting, Squat, Pull, and Press cycles and variations, and be exposed to, and have access to a wide array of accessory work you can add on to your normal day-to-day training.

Classes will be held on Saturdays from 12:00-1:30PM

TGISS • Thank God I’m still strong 💁🏼‍♀️• I kind of really love to lift heavy things...a lot • Pretty happy to hit 310# for 6 reps today, and I couldn’t be more excited to get back to lifting heavy and adding accessory work back in to my training • I’ve been working on building out a program for myself that gives me all the strength and conditioning work I need, with a focus on A) accessory work B) FUN C) 90 minutes sessions • I’m also adding in some running and swimming (new fitness goals, who dis?!) to break up the lifting and because I kind of love the water and it feels really good to do something non-impact • Looking forward to a ton of new stuff this year, and to continue enjoying this whole working out thing • @crossfitsouthbrooklyn with my fave shirt EVER 🖤☠️
